Are you Willing to Fully Commit?

When you look outside how do you see the sky? Is it big enough or not? Do you dream about the ideal life you would like to have or do you look to what can be improved in your own life? Did you think about the wide open outdoors of the landscape, the open vision to the blues of the clouds and huge, colorful clouds, the afternoon rare sunsets? Do you find opportunities and new experiences between the houses, buildings, big sky-crappers and monumental skyline of the small or big town where you live?

The unreal is more powerful than the real. Because nothing is as perfect as you can imagine it. Because its only intangible ideas, concepts, beliefs, fantasies that last. Stone crumbles. Wood rots. People, well, they die. But things as fragile as a thought, a dream, a legend, they can go on and on. If you can change the way people think. The way they see themselves. The way they see the world. You can change the way people live their lives. That’s the only lasting thing you can create.
Chuck Palahniuk in Choke

You and me are in a journey that is real, a destination. However the way we look at things can make reality have different forms. The way we imagine and feel new things can make it challenges or opportunities. I often think about this: in my life what do I real need or want?

The answer is that I want to explore everything I have not what I do not have with renovated passion and more focus in this present day. I want to explore further my challenges, because they offer me hidden opportunities. And I want to be more clear about me, us and be bold about what I love, what I have and my dreams (by dreams I mean the visions that used to excited me when I was a child and somehow still make me proud and with a smile in my eyes).

Journey Through Life Photo Dinis Guarda

We all live in society with different codes, rules, metrics, family values and so forth. But what makes us real unique is our capacity to be ourselves, to be what we are capable without complaining. Being very honest I feel that when I stop complaining and I focus thus I understand my center of interest, I have indeed much more energy than sometimes I admit to myself. I realise that I complain far too much and I do not often remember the precious small things I have in my life. Therefore I continuously need to remember my vision of a greater life, celebrate my dreams, go the extra mile with a smile and without ever expecting anything in return but a feeling of good work, treating others the way I like to be treated, with love and respect and without prejudice. When I do this I feel much better, in a positive mood, and stronger towards my real challenges that no matter how big become contaxtualised in a particular picture.

The question to answer is what constitutes the larger vision that drives me, my real goals? What sense of what will help me succeed in this journey: boldness? collaboration? patience? discipline? persistence?

In order to answer these question one needs the willingness to assume his / hers own skin, the right role to act in theater of life, most of the time different and in need of adjustment towards somehow a represntative default self.

There are no problems in life, just challenges!

I cannot forget to remember to be thankful with everything I have. There are no problems in life, just challenges! and I am know I have to repeat this to myself and choose careful what I think and the words I use in my daily life. It is all about language, choice of semantics, metaphors, imagine the right angle or light. Again the focus on looking at problems not as challenges, but as opportunities. When a door closes always another door will open independent of how much painful the last door that closes leaves behind. Look at life with changing, open eyes, trying to get out of old comfort zones, focusing in the expanded concept of passion, love, perseverance and dedication.

Life is a long and full of surprises journey. The certain way to be wrong is to think you somehow control it.

We can only be prepared to enjoy all the details of life is if we have and manage our expectations and frustrations without ego. In any giving moment dedicating ourselves to a total notion of being better everyday, even if it is just 5% or 10% better this new day than yesterday. Further non expecting anything in exchange when we do something good, but remembering with gratitude all what we have already, the people we love and love us, children smiling and happy, and special manage expectations and circumstance with daily renovated persistence. Trying again and again with a smile do attitude!

I found this quote and I can associate it to the travel experience of life:

“Traveling is a brutality. It forces you to trust strangers and to lose sight of all that familiar comfort of home and friends. You are constantly off balance. Nothing is yours except the essential things – air, sleep, dreams, the sea, the sky – all things tending towards the eternal or what we imagine of it.” – Cesare Pavese

And living is being always ready to getting out of the comfort zone! Indeed if we do it there are so many new opportunities. It is all about the dedication, the quantity of passion we put in things and understanding that:

“One’s destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things.” – Henry Miller

All of us know we have some considerable challenges but the focus is always in the present now moment look at things in different ways. God and the universe gives us opportunities and is not expecting for us to ask but to give. When I was a child I read a lot of books of biographies about big men, saints and great entrepreneurs, doers, people that went the extra mile. All of them were exceptional, because they did not limit themselves, they had no frames to look at things or how to live in some conventional ways. They were always opened to new opportunities, and most of the time made the opportunities happen, with all the various challenges they had and focus on their dreams and how to exceed. That is why they achieved so much.

Toronto Skyline Photo Dinis Guarda

I am trying hard to let go my ego, my necessity of thinking about me, my issues or too much selfishness small details of thinking I have not enough, I am not enough. Society or prejudice are all done inside our ego and the way we look at us in the mirror. I want to look not in the mirror of me, but the mirror of opportunities and life with all its different waves of a big wonderful strong sea I cannot ever control, but where I can enjoy its water and wisely navigate to different destinations day by day in a mythical journey I can write and write again.

“When we get out of the glass bottle of our ego and when we escape like the squirrels in the cage of our personality and get into the forest again, we shall shiver with cold and fright. But things will happen to us so that we don’t know ourselves. Cool, unlying life will rush in.” – D. H. Lawrence

And life always rushes in various directions, some we find at first difficult or painful, but somehow open new readings for our mind and senses plus instinct. Thus independent of our different questions, dilemmas or paradoxes we have a journey and the best way to live this daily destination life travel is to be open minded and able to get out of the comfort zone. Be ready to move, let the ego go and smile as it is a jolly ride! And always remember these wonderful words of Mark Twain:

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”

I. Why it is the journey that matters and not the final destiny!

When I think about my life I like to think of it as an adventure, as a journey. And going through it I remind a precious thought that it is the journey that matters and not the final destiny.

“ It is good to have an end to journey towards, but it is the journey that matters, in the end. ” Ursula Le Guin

However as human I am weak and strong at the same time and at a given point we all find some confusion about where to go. The vision of the journey is not so clear and the horizon can show some dark clouds or intense fog. At this stage however the best way to understand where to go is sometimes to close my eyes, let go, forget problems and challenges for a moment and think how can I better manage myself.

the flight of the journey, drawing Dinis Guarda

Although radical and somehow intense there is one thought I like to remind myself:

If I would die tomorrow would I be happy with everything I achieved this precise day, and respectively so far in my life?

I add to this deep thought the following questions that I try to start each day reminding by taking some minutes to ponder:

What am I most grateful for? Gratitude is critical in life and most of our success or failure is based upon teh way we manage gratitude towards ourselves, others, work, life ultimately!;

To what degree have I actually controlled the course my life has taken? Did I really choose what I am doing or other people of circumstances did it? I am happy with it? If not why I am not doing something about it?

What one thing, or things have I not done that I really want to do? The procrastination issues, the thing sI keep delaying that are quite important.

Am I more worried about doing things right, or doing the right things? what I am missing in my life, the things I always wanted to do…

I am being the best I can? Yes giving the best of me in each thing I do, not just work, but with a relative, when I wake up in the morning, when I drive, take the tube, manage some small or big task?

I am choosing and managing carefully the words I use? Don’t say I am tired, don’t blame something on someone else, I am using my thoughts and words loosing my time on judging someone because is different, or somehow not in my scope, view?;

I am trying to change, to get out of my comfort zone, trying to be better? comfort zone is sometimes a poison I put on myself trying to keep something that is wrong because of fear or moving;

I am helping someone? In a way only I can and would like her / him / they to support me?;

Am I dedicating time to my passions and the activities I love? This is one of the most important points to achieve some inner balance, and I do need to repeat it to myself and think about it;

Did I make a small, positive change(s) to day?Did I put some time to call a family member I did not talk for long time, call a friend, cherish some achievement from a relative, close worker? Did I finish some work, task I delayed for months…;

Did I pay attention to the small things? Did I acknowledge the lesson, smile, and tried again? the lunch someone did for me, the coffee someone offer me, the smile to someone that was kind? all small things that can highlight life as it happens.

These questions need time and concentration. But when well answered can boost life and create quantum momentum of inner balance and peace. And they just need some highlight time, a capacity to choose what to pay attention to and what to ignore.

II. If I would die tomorrow would I be happy with everything I achieved?

“Man often becomes what he believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning.” Mahatma Gandhi

Mahatma Gandhi drawing by Dinis Guarda

Life and the concept of inspirational drive, called it love, or other precious mean-full word are a long eternal fire, that consumes us without logic or understanding! And we can only get it’s special fire if we are free from inner restriction, or society prejudice(s). Once we let go the limitations over and over in its mystic ways in a ways that it is indeed possible to find the right inspirational drive.

Most of the time we only value something when we loose it. That is why when I ask myself if I would die tomorrow would i be happy with everything I achieved, things get clear and I get read of the useless things, that unfortunately sometimes take so much space in my life. These questions and reflections help me to focus and understand how to get balance and meaning.

There are no formula or answer to all mine and your questions or concerns! We don’t know enough! And trust me we will never know! No one will! There are no objective answers to all my and your questions! But there are a lot of small things we can do in the meantime to make our life better. Special bearing in mind that what counts is the journey and not the end destiny. That is what constitutes the mystery of life!

“Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

love is a journey through uncharted territories.

and
“A good traveller has no fixed plans, and is not intent on arriving.” Lao Tzu

we can only love without ego, letting go in the process of the journey from all of who we are without effort.
dedicating all of us to the other… learning with the other, letting it go…

love is a powerful sunny transparent gift,

most of the time we don’t see it once we see and mirror ourselves through the other person,
even when it seems we are not seeing and probably we are seeing each other…

love is an invisible magic potion and it takes real control of the whole of us… there is no way of controlling.

try to manage it or hold it is like to hold a bird in your hands it will end up flying away,

it is destined to fly away and or we fly with it or we loose sight of it

… love is not reason versus emotions it is a flow and we can only go in the river…
if we try to control it we might kill it…love only works when we know well enough what it is we’re giving up
and love obliges and makes you let go the resentful, the old flowers on the vase

…yes it is challenge but the utmost special aura golden of the challenges

no one cannot control… it.

we can only keep focus on improvement + contribution + adapting to the small things

What are the questions I need to ask myself that can make a difference in my life and in the way I manage my drive and expectations. What are the questions to ask myself to get the most out of life? First of all it is important to remember the wise words by Voltaire:

Judge a man by his questions rather than his answers.

To follow up I want to remember these wonderful wise words that Marisa Mayer one of the leading personalities and managers in Google told the audience at 92Y:

“Burnout is about resentment [Preventing it is] about knowing yourself well enough to know what it is you’re giving up that makes you resentful.”

So the question is how to drive your life in a focus way that you get the most out of your life and at the same time avoiding any negative burnout. How to make sure you are driven by value and challenging yourself and making sure you are going in the direction of your quest and happiness? I came up with these questions that are rather simple but at the same time help me focus and realise what is indeeed important to ask myself. here they are 10 simple questions that I want to remember at least once a month if not every week.

1. What did you want to be when you were young?
A doer, someone that does great projects and get things done and is always learning and travelling around the world. I wanted to be as well a filmmaker, a writer and a musician. And of course a happy fulfilled person surrounded by inspiring people that love and care for.

2. What is you relation to society and polis, politics?
First I am a man of a family, therefore I need to remember my relatives and their values. After I am a man of society, of the polis, therefore I try / need to have a civic contribution. I want to be engage as a member of a family, friends and also as a citizen and have a say through my convictions and values and specially through digital and web social media citizenship programs and initiatives. As a citizen at the moment I consider myself a world citizen living between various countries and cultures.

3. Who are the people that influenced you the most?
The people I love, my lovers, my parents, family, some teachers, friends and peers. Big creators and thinkers such as Homer, Virgil, Dante, Leonardo da Vinci, Miguel Angelo, Ticiano, Rembrandt, and writers, literature personalities, artists, filmmakers such as Camoes, Shakespeare, Fernando Pessoa, Picasso, Ezra Pound, Stanley Kubrick, David Bowie, Bjork and many others.

4. What are your current interests?
Writing, aesthetics, world geopolitics, financial and economic flows, creative expressions: art, literature, music, film, internet, web and apps, technology.

5. Does creativity, innovation and art influence the evolution of society?
Creativity, innovation and Art is part of the society blood. Society needs it for its breathing and moreover it is critical for its blood circulation, without it it, society starts having circulation issues that can contribute to heart attacks and after a while it can contribute to impoverishment and death of a given society.

6. Which word best defines your activity of creation?
Personality

7. What is, for you, the meaning of language? Of the word?
Reaching the other. Visualise thoughts and get closer to the other. The inner other and the outer other(s).

8. What would you take with you to a deserted island?
My loved ones.

9. Which are the most urgent reforms?
Education and social integration. Self development focus on continuous change, learning and action.

10. What should happen to your work?
Make you outstanding mark and touch other people.

Success has various shapes and forms. But in the end there is only one success -to be able to spend your life with yourself and in your own way. Success is a long path and a journey of discovery. But there is only one success -to be able to spend your life in your own way, and specially with the person you see in the mirror. There are no formulas or secrets to success, but it has all to do with the way we look at our lives, our challenges, and the way we create our thoughts of it in the process of answering to the signs of reality.

Thinking well the way we look at problems, I prefer to call it challenges, the way we word and describe reality makes us create a dimensional vision, reality. And the reality is that if you visualise success you might start getting close to it.

“We waste time looking for the perfect lover, instead of creating the perfect love.” TonyRobbins

Most of my life I have been unfortunately wasting my time drowning in the black whirlpool of my fears and in my cultural negative traps. Somehow looking for the “perfect lover” and therefore I created a cyclic repetitive zone that would somehow promote my lack of willpower to move forward and get out of what was hurting me, or making me fail. It was not the fact that I was failing it was my comfort negative zone, a space I created in my thoughts to runaway from reality, and to blame something or someone for my lack of capacity to create my vision, to move, to answer boldly to my issues or challenges.

Success – I cannot give you the formula for success, but I can give you the formula for failure–which is: Try to please everybody.<s>#</s>quote

Lately I have been understanding that the irony is that only when I got out of my comfort zone, I was able to shift from my negative puzzles, or some kind of bubble of guilt and blaming and finally I could start moving. Thus this was and is a complex and very difficult task. Change the flow of my thoughts is a daily challenge, it requires that I manage my ego in a balanced way, and that I get out of any notion of blame, or simply put my ego aside and move forward with my instinct, my vision and my believe in values and in the thoughts of my own.

I have been shifting from a dis-topic vision of the world, or a highly idealist approach that fail and get into denial to a realistic approach of my conscience, looking at myself in the mirror with fairness, and get a faith in the power of changing my thoughts, my actions everyday, one at the time. I do believe real happiness, somehow all notion of abundance, the sense of peace, the acceptance of the hard perspectives of reality and all drives of success are thought driven, and that my natural move needs to be in personal acceptance, continuous self developing, focus on always learning, and rewrite in a clear and focus way. Moreover everything and the way I behave needs to come from within.

Being yourself, accepting the whole self is the only way to succeed! It is however difficult but natural, authentic and real, if one endures in the instinctive self, hear somehow the power of silence and acceptance without giving up will give you more power to move and to be a success yourself.

Understand that sometimes I have to walk away and move in order for others to enjoy the view.

I am an optimist. I do believe that the best is always yet to come in my life. But being optimistic is sometimes foolish and difficult as Peter Ustinov once put it. Sometimes a personal goal, obsession and drive, a particular dream, ambition can create frustration. Also the same happens with the lack of a clear drive, focus or decision. In this landscape things will probably become sometimes too intense, blurry and dramatic. So what to do? The important is to get out of our own spot. Stop the maze of thoughts. Take sometime to be alone, walk, go to a garden, forest. Look at a view, lose yourself in the view to the sea. Get out of the pressure zone, stressful dark clouds.

Once we are destined to live out our lives in the prison of our mind, our duty is to furnish it well. Peter Ustinov

One needs to respect our own need for space and others territory. Somehow understand the balance in a learning process. Remember bigger values. Most of the times one knows how to behave if one gets out of the hot spot, the hole of tension. Most of the tempests come when one is tired and not focus enough. Nevertheless wild waves are part of the process of navigating. Going through the sea looking for some kind of new destinations is part of a quest where one will find crisis, tension, and repeated crashes. But is not that life? The magic moments are the ones when somehow I understand how deal with change, disruption, sorrow. And the poetic moments come when I achieve something that matters, not when one it is in the comfort zone.

Any personal drive makes each one of us advance further but sometimes a strong energy, or extra capacity of doing things can also hurt other people. There are a lot of different ways to look at things. Not just my or your way. So it is necessary some kind of balance. Also some special understanding how to communicate inside. Moreover how to correctly manage the inner language. I am sure that is probably the biggest challenge, without a positive language and focus our internal set up gets messy and affects the rest of the body and its actions.

Enjoy each small thing. They are much more precious content that the eye can see.

Understand the complexity of the mysteries of life is something that is a long term voyage. My main concern by now is how I can be more thankfully with what I have and give space to others. Also how can I respect, give a positive distance to the other, you.

This makes me look critically inward at the alignment between my real drives and motivations. Thus checking against the reality of my actions. If I want to improve and optimise my language, I need to cooperate and change and get out of my comfort zone. Write and repeat no more blame, guilty and judging. Make sure I do.

I have no doubt that my own thoughts and insecurities are the only obstacles that stop me from being happy. Everyone has problems, stress in their lives, the effort is how to deal with that burden. And I need to ask myself continuously if I’m practicing what I preach.

So how can I avoid negative expressions, words or phrases that paralyse me and push me to negative emotions or perceptions? When alone thinking and walking I ask myself what to I need to do to have a special life? How can I make an effort to express my emotions in a constructive and kind way. How can I avoid some repetitive no go cycles and focus in my real dreams, while understanding others around me? And move with my energy and drive.

This is no fantasy island. I do believe more and more in the power of changing the way one thinks. I understand through my own life how my life improves massively when I focus in a self developing meta language. And if I can do it with myself through continuous effort that can be done as well with other people around me. It is not easy and needs continuous efforts. However if we support each other and go for it every day, every moment. Precisely when we are more afraid, or sometimes down these are the moments one can achieve new stages of development and therefore reach goals. In these harsh moments I get close to my humanity on a personal, emotional, professional level understanding how my ambition and its visualisation can be turned reality.

Of course this does not happen in any fairy tale story, but in reality, in each minute and hour. And it takes discipline of changing from an old me to a more open me. It comes with a lot of effort, discipline. I have to repeat and learn and not be afraid of failure or not reaching the top of the mountain. Some days are just better than others. And each day has different music, challenges and crisis, but also special moments and things.

Life is indeed a wonderful adventure if we live it all, without getting stuck in the labyrinth of unmanageable emotions, lack of security, need to be on the spotlight. Specially when we feel sorry for ourselves or something that happened to us… When we have difficulty to forgive, to let it go.

So I decided to write a small list of the 10 Special Things to Say to Yourself (myself):

I love myself, I forgive myself and I am proud of what I am.

Yes whatever will be will be, even all the science and tech in the world could not avoid Titanic to sink!

All my flaws, my failures are there to teach me something, even if they are painful they will be helpful someday.

Understand that sometimes I have to walk away and move in order for others to enjoy the view.

When I am hungry? Perhaps I should walk for a while and let my brain relax a bit.

Maybe, sometimes I should stop, breathe and eat something.

There’s nothing wrong here that a great smile cannot heal or inspire and relax.

Well done all the small things you thought you could not do.

OK baby! Less is not necessary less it can be more!

Enjoy each small thing. They are much more precious that the eye can see.

Keep remembering tomorrow is always another day! The best philosophy is to be honest and it starts with what you say to yourself.

The point of living, and of being an optimist, is to be foolish enough to believe the best is yet to come. Peter Ustinov

And although it seems crazy I believe it is also good news, not just because of Facebook in itself but because of what it represents, the digital world industry and all the economy. The advent of Facebook is the emergence of new digital open data, a somehow new economy.

Also around Facebook there are a lot of small and big players that are creating an amazing ecosystems that rebuilds trust and open new ways of doing business and expanding open business capacities. Also with the emergence of the Social Graph Facebook has been achieving an unprecedented achievement in the process of open data, economy of trust and understanding social behavior.

Yes the world is moving faster than ever and sometimes one seems to be getting out of touch with reality. But I believe social business, open business and the original expanded power of social media have the capacity to open a lot of doors and create wealth. What is happening in the world economy in paralel is an unprecendent disruption started by technology and a fast pace innovation new trend setting. With the negative exception of an obvious greedy position from part of the Financial Industry (not all industry, I want to be clear here, there are a lot of people doing great work in the financial markets that don’t have the right credit) and a few 1% that don’t care for anything but they pockets there are a lot of positive things happening. The world is very old and sometimes people just look at the present and part of it. What the world needs is people with vision, and we need to inspire people against selfisness and lack of being bold. And we can always run the extra mile when we focus not just on ourselves.

Coming back to Facebook IPO you may argue about the privacy issues. You may argue about the lack of preparation of many users to use the platform and the way they innocently use the privacy setting not always wise. You may also argue that Facebook is obsessed with the ads and everything around that. But I disagree. Around Facebook there is a powerful group of new companies such as Zinga that are opening new capacities to promote exceptional projects, knowledge and new concepts such as gamification, open data. Zinga that represents 12% of facebook revenue is a good example of a company that grew and entertains millions with games that are not necessary stupid or violent (and I am not necessarily a big Zinga player). Definitely Facebook has contributed to democratise the web to any user and has open new perspectives towards ow to have a voice online. With any profile any one with some good sense can engage with peers around the world and share interests through Pages, groups. And ultimately finish a dictatorship such as Egypt, that can prove the sceptics wrong.

Innovation and disrupting is a factor that has been happening through history and always moves people away from their comfort zone. But I think getting out of the box is key to evolve in a world with 7 billion people that is going to be more and more disruptive. In the past the advent of radio, TV created as well amounts of zombie audiences around the world. But innovation is always an open door for new things good and sometimes bad. In the end it all about how you handle it.

I finished highlighting an excellent opinion article by Marc Andressen, a serila entrepreneur, investor and venture capitalist in WSJ that states some ideas I completly subscribe:

‘More than 10 years after the peak of the 1990s dot-com bubble, a dozen or so new Internet companies like Facebook and Twitter are sparking controversy in Silicon Valley, due to their rapidly growing private market valuations, and even the occasional successful IPO. With scars from the heyday of Webvan and Pets.com still fresh in the investor psyche, people are asking, ‘

I, along with others, have been arguing the other side of the case. (I am co-founder and general partner of venture capital firm Andreessen-Horowitz, which has invested in Facebook, Groupon, Skype, Twitter, Zynga, and Foursquare, among others. I am also personally an investor in LinkedIn.) We believe that many of the prominent new Internet companies are building real, high-growth, high-margin, highly defensible businesses.

Today’s stock market actually hates technology, as shown by all-time low price/earnings ratios for major public technology companies. Apple, for example, has a P/E ratio of around 15.2—about the same as the broader stock market, despite Apple’s immense profitability and dominant market position (Apple in the last couple weeks became the biggest company in America, judged by market capitalization, surpassing Exxon Mobil). And, perhaps most telling, you can’t have a bubble when people are constantly screaming ‘Bubble!”

Believe me the world is not going to end tomorrow. independent of all turmoil, independent of all challenges, independent of any drama or present nightmare, conflict. After any tempest there is always the quiet moment when the sea gets calmer.

The important is to keep making a statement about believing and keep on learning every day that there is a need to be thankful with everything one gets not with in effect we don’t have or owns.

It is imperative to make a bold statement for life and keep on learning every day that one needs to be addicted (or be naturally seduced) with the voice of whispering winds, the sensual things in life, the perceptible natural movement of the air that one breathes, the forms of air blowing from a particular direction flowing through the fields in the spring, close to a small metaphoric river of imagination. And imagine big time, dream how one can always get our life a better experience. How to optimise on’s life, as if we were optimising a business, a website. Making sure we always find things to improve not details to mourn about.

It is critical to understand the need to learn today that in the middle of all anxiety, in the middle of all the world negativity one needs to be awaken to all the symptoms of light in life. There is much more clarity that it seems to us when looking at the first impression. One needs to always think twice when lost in the route. And one needs to remember always all the gifts one received in life, the material ones and the immaterial ones.

It is all about a need to understand that it is good to be mortal. Yes there is no problem about being fragile because no one is made of steel, (the hard, strong, gray or bluish-gray alloy of metal iron with carbon and usually other elements). And trust me everyone fails, sometimes! Faillure is not the problem. The issue is not to stand up again when one falls. And the only important thing to note and underline is that when one stumble one needs to get up and start walking again. ASAP.

Please remember today that you and me needs to learn how to close your eyes and open it again tomorrow with always a new child hope. The day will start all over again after 24 hours.

The world is not going to end tomorrow! No way the world is too old! And the world will always continue independent of your and mine moods. The world actually does not cares about our moods but somehow our moods affect the world around us. In various ways

We need to remember today that each moment is too precious to let it go! The gold is not in the precious yellow metal, it is in the way we value time, bonding, identity, engagement, creation of value. The way we believe in each other and in the others around us.

We need to remember today that we don’t need to wait for paradise because each moment can be a dream if we make it so! And only me have the power to make our / my life a paradise or hell.

The choice is in my hands! (the choice is in our hands). Without any cynical metaphysics, just with will power and perseverance and avoiding being dominated by fear, ignorance of short view!

There is much more than crisis in life. There is much more if one looks for it. Tomorrow always starts today. Now!
